Cigarettes = Global Warming?

Al Gore's now saying cigarette smoke is a "significant contributor" to global warming. What? Is this really an issue? Come on, does it contribute as much as the private jet he's traversing the globe does? I doubt it. Is this his new campaign: the world is going to end because of cigarette smoke? sigh.
